Ingredients

  • 15 Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Carrot
  • 1/3 cup Beans
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 2 tbsp Green peas
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter ()
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies paste
  • 400 ml Water

Instructions

  1. The peel comes off if the Almonds are boiled in just 10 minutes in Water. Grind the cooked Almonds to a smooth paste.
  2. Add Sugar, Carrots and Beans to water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Grind the cooked Beans, Carrots, Sweet corn and Peas to a coarse paste.
  4. Melt Oil and Butter in the Soup pan, add Garlic and Ginger and fry till they turn golden.
  5. Add the coarse Vegetable paste to the fried Garlic Ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour water on the fried Vegetables. Take off the layer of foam that forms on the top.
  7. Then add the soft Almond paste, Salt and Pepper powder and cook until thick for 3-4 minutes. 8. Once the Soup thickens, serve hot.
