  • For the Cauliflower:
  • 1/4 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
  • 1/4 cup Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt (To taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 300 gms Cauliflower Florets
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Oil
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Spring Onions (Chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine *1/4 cup Maida*, *1/4 cup Corn flour*, *1 tbsp Paprika*, *1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder*, a pinch of *Salt*, and *1/4 tsp Black Pepper*. 2. Gradually add *1/3 cup Water* and whisk until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.
  2. Coat the Cauliflower: 1. Add 300 gms of Cauliflower Florets to the batter. 2. Ensure each floret is evenly coated for that perfect crunch.
  3. Add the Crunch: 1. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs over the coated cauliflower. 2. Gently toss to ensure the breadcrumbs stick to the florets.
  4. Fry to Perfection: 1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium flame. 2. Drop the cauliflower florets gently into the hot oil. 3. Fry on medium flame until they turn crisp and golden. 4. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: 1. In a separate bowl, mix *1/2 cup Mayonnaise*, *1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce*, 2 tbsp Sweet chilli Sauce, and 1 tsp honey. 2. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Coat and Serve: 1. Toss the crispy cauliflower into the Bang Bang Sauce, ensuring they are well coated. 2. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle chopped Spring Onions on top, and serve immediately.
