Ingredients

  • 400 gms Boneless Rohu Fish
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green Coriander
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 3/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Mirchi Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric
  • 3-4 tbsps Bengal Gram Flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 3-4 tbsps Water
  • Oil to Fry

Instructions

  1. Coat the Fish pieces with all the spice and marinate for an hour.
  2. Put the Fish pieces in Oil and fry well.
  3. The Fish Fry tastes excellent if eaten with Mint Chutney.
