450 gms
Rice Flour - 3 Cups
80 - 100
White Butter
Salt- sufficient
2 tsp
Sesame seeds
1 tsp
Carom Seeds
425 ml
Water
Oil for Frying
Instructions

Knead Rice flour thoroughly along with Butter.
Mix the remaining ingredients into it.
Make a soft dough using a little water from time to time.Longer the kneading, smoother will be the Murukus.
Place the dough into the muruku press and fry them in the heated oil.
Fry till you stop getting the bubbles in the oil.
Remove them from oil and cool them by placing them ion a plate .Store them in an airtight container and they will remain fresh for about 15 days.
