Cut a ripe watermelon into chunks and remove all seeds.

Place the seedless chunks in a deep freezer for 2 hours.

After freezing, add the watermelon chunks, ice cubes, chaat masala, black salt, regular salt, honey, lemon juice, and mint leaves into a blender.

Blend on high speed until semi-smooth and slushy.
