Instructions

Boil the Sweet Corn in the pan without a lid. Cook only 80 percent and do not let them become too soft.

Dunk the cooked corn immediately into cold water, leave for 2 minutes and then strain the water.

In the fully strained corn, add Corn Flour, Salt, and Pepper Powder and let the seeds be fully coated.

Add 1-2 tbsp water if necessary, and coat the corn, applying some pressure.

Now fry them in hot oil. While frying, place a sieve on the pan so that the corn seeds don’t burst and spill hot oil.

After the Corn is crisply friend, set it aside.

For the tossing, heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped Garlic, Green Chillies and Onions and fry it for 2 minutes or until the Onions lose their raw smell.

Add fried Corn and toss well with Pepper Powder, Salt, White Pepper Powder, Chilli Flakes. Sprinkle chopped Spring Onion and remove it from the fire.

Serve it hot.
