Grind Raw Coconut and grated Jaggery together with a little water and make a smooth paste.
Melt Ghee in a pan and roast the Cashew Nuts until they turn golden.
In the same Ghee, add the Coconut and Jaggery paste and cook on a medium flame until the mixture becomes thick.
After 20 minutes, Halwa comes together. Then add Cardamom Powder, another tsp of Ghee and roasted Cashew Nuts and remove from the fire.
