Ingredients

  • 250 gms Dry Coconut pieces
  • 15 Red Chillies
  • 7 - 8 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Roast the dry Coconut pieces in a pan set on a low flame until Oil seeps out of the pieces. Then remove from the fire.
  2. Then add the Red Chillies and fry for another 2-3 minutes on a low flame. Then remove from the fire and cool completely.
  3. Make a soft powder of Coconut, Red Chillies, Garlic, Cumin Seeds and Salt.
  4. It can be stored in a bottle for more than a month.
