Ingredients

  • 6 Boiled Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt
  • 2 Cooking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • Water-As Required

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into half and keep them aside.
  2. Make a thick batter of Bengal Gram flour using all the ingredients
  3. Dip the half cut Eggs carefully into the batter and fry till they turn golden brown.
  4. Garnish it with Chat masala and finely chopped Onions and serve hot.
