Flattened Rice

Curd

Oil
1/2 tsp
Mustard
1/2 tsp
Cumin

Curry leaves

Hide Pictures
Add Curd and Salt to the washed and dried Flattened Rice and keep it aside.
Heat some oil in a pan. Fry Mustard, Cumin, Chillies, Curry leaves and add it to the Flattened Rice soaked in Curd.
It tastes good if consumed immediately.
