Dabha Style Egg Kheema Masala | Anda Kheema Masala | Boiled Egg Keema Masala Curry

Ingredients

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Capsicum
  • Chopped Coriander - 1 small bunch
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 125 ml Water

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add Cumin and stir till it is properly fried. It gives a good flavor.
  2. Add Chopped Onions, Chopped Green Chillies and fry till the Onions become golden brown.
  3. Add Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric and fry for some time.
  4. Add Tomato pieces, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Pepper Powder. Fry till the Tomato pieces become soft and Oil floats to the top.
  5. Add Capsicum pieces and fry for one minute. Now add water and cook it on a high flame till half of the water evaporates.
  6. Now add grated Boiled Eggs to this gravy. Add little Chopped Coriander to it.
  7. Now add Chopped Ginger, Chopped Green Chillies, Lemon Juice, Butter and mix well and remove it from the fire.
