For the Mixture:
Pinches Turmeric/Yellow color
Make a soft dough with all the ingredients used for the mixture
Stuff the dough into a thin hole mold and press it into hot oil.
Fry the gram which was soaked overnight on a medium flame and then increase the flame and fry they turn golden brown.
Mix both the mixture and gram crushing with hand. Add Salt, Black Salt, Chilli powder, Cumin powder, mix well and store it in an air tight container.It remains fresh easily for a month.
