Cup (gms) Rice cooked dry and firm (with salt)
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken with all the spices and Corn Flour for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oil well in a pan. Fry the marinated chicken pieces on medium flame till red in color.
Keep the Chicken pieces aside.
Beat the eggs well. Pour the eggs in the pan and make a fluffy omelette. Break the omelette into
big pieces. Add the finely chopped Ginger and Garlic and toss well.
Add the chopped Beans, Carrot, Corn, and Cabbage and toss for just one minute. Then add
Pepper powder and toss again.
After the mixture is well tossed, put in the cooked rice along with all the other ingredients and
toss on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
At the very end, add the fried chicken pieces and chopped spring onions. Toss well and serve
hot.
