Add water to Cluster Beans and cook till 80%. Remove the water and let cool.
Once they are cool, remove the string from the length of the Cluster Beans and cut them into pieces slightly longer than an inch.
Add ingredients for Poppy Seeds Masala and make a fine powder.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped Onions and Green Chillies, and cook until the onions are soft.
Add Garlic Ginger paste and fry.
Add Salt and Turmeric to the Cluster Beans pieces and fry until the beans' moisture is reduced.
After 3-4 minutes, add Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) Masala and Green Coriander, mix well until the pieces are coated. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame while stirring now and then.
Add two pinches of Garam Masala and remove it from the fire.
