Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice - cooked in a fluffy way (150 gms)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Carrots thinly chopped
  • 1/4 cup French Beans thinly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Light Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Aromatic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion
  • 3 tbsps Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat Oil. Beat the Eggs well and fry them on a high flame. (Do not break the fried Eggs)
  2. Add thinly chopped French Beans, chopped Carrots and fry on a high flame for up to 60 %.
  3. Add the fluffy Basmati Rice and toss well (Check tips to see how to cook fluffy Rice)
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss on high flame.
  5. Sprinkle chopped Spring Onions, toss and remove from fire.
