Maida/all purpose flour

Milk powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
1/8 tsp

1/4 cup
Tutti Frutti
1 tsp
Vanilla Essence

Apply some oil to the 7-inch cake mold, sprinkle some flour, and set aside.
Pour oil, curd, milk and mix until sugar totally melts.
Add semolina and mix well.
Add sugar and mix until the sugar melts completely.
Sieve Maida/All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt into the mixture and mix well in the cut-and-fold method.
Vanilla Essence into the mixture and mix well
Add All-Purpose Flour into Tutti-Frutti pieces and mix in the cut-and-fold method.
Pour the cake mix into the Cake tin and pat it gently. Then bake it for 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
Poke a toothpick into the cake and if it comes off clean, let it fully cool in the tray itself. When it is cool, unmold it.
