Ingredients

  • For making Drumstick powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 5 Garlic pods
  • 50 gm Drumstick leaves
  • For Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 Red Chilli
  • 1 tsp Bengal gram
  • 1 tsp Black gram
  • 10 Cashews
  • 4 Grounded Garlic
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cooked and separated rice (1 cup = 185 grams)
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add all the ingredients used for seasoning and wait till you get a good aroma.
  2. Add Drumstick leaves to it and fry on a medium flame till the moisture evaporates. Then add Garlic to it and fry.
  3. Grind this into a fine powder in a mixie.
  4. Heat Oil in a pan, add the remaining ingredients used for seasoning, cooked Rice and the Drumstick powder and toss it on a high flame for some time.
  5. Add Pepper powder, mix well and remove it from the fire and serve hot.
