Pour milk into a thick bottomed vessel and stir the milk until it boils once. After it boils, remove it from the fire
Now mix Water and Vinegar in a vessel and add slowly to the hot Milk until Milk gets spoiled and the flakes separate from the Water. Keep stirring
It takes 2 minutes time for Paneer to separate from Water after we add Vinegar.
Now spread a white cotton cloth in a sieve. Pour the Milk flakes into it, drain the water and then squeeze the solid part out.
Spread the Paneer in a square shape on the cotton cloth. Put a flat plate on it. Place a heavy weight on it and leave it for thirty minutes .
After 30 minutes, cut it into pieces and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. The pieces stay fresh for 4 to 5 days .
If you soak the refrigerated Paneer for 10 minutes in hot water before use, you get soft Paneer.
