Ragi Flour
2 tbsp
Rice Flour

Red Chilli
1 tsp
Fennel
1/3 cup
Chopped Onion
Salt
Coriander - a little
Hot water - Required
Oil - For making Dosa

Grind Red Chilli and Fennel together into a fine powder.
Add this powder and all other ingredients to the Ragi flour and mix well adding water to get a batter suitable for Dosas.
Heat the Dosa tawa. Spread the batter on it. Pour Oil around the edges and roast it on both sides on a medium flame
This Dosa tastes better with Peanut, Coconut or Ginger Chutney.
