tsp Roasted Jeera (Cumin) Powder

tsp Dhaniya (Coriander) Powder

tsp Garam Masala

tbsp Lemon Juice

tbsp Oil for frying
Instructions
Add all the masala to the chicken pieces and marinate well.
Refrigerate the marinated chicken overnight or for atleast 2 hours.
Heat the pan and on a high flame fry the Chicken pieces till the water gets evaporated.
Once Oil floats to the top, reduce the flame, close the pan with a lid and allow the chicken to cook. Stir occasionally.
After 15 -18 mins, the Chicken will be completly cooked from inside, and oil floats on top. Remove the lid and fry again for 2 -3 mins on high flame, for the chicken to become crispy. Turn the Flame off.
This simple Lemon Chicken Fry tastes yummy with Lentil soup or Rasam.
