Take a handful of Bengal Gram out of the washed and soaked Bengal Gram. Strain and grind the larger portion to a coarse paste.
Keep adding Water with spoons until the Bengal Gram is ground to a coarse paste.
Add the soaked Bengal gram, set aside, and the other ingredients and mix the Vada flour well. Make Vadas by patting a ball flat on a wet hand. (In case you are unable to make it, add some Rice Flour and then try).
Take a lemon-sized ball and pat into a Vada, add to Oil and let it remain untouched for two minutes.
After two minutes, fry well on medium flame until Vadas turn golden and crispy and them remove and serve.
