Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 Onion (Medium sized Chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Tomato Paste (Taken from 2 big Tomatoes)
  • 1.5 cup Basmati Rice (250 gm soaked for an hour)
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Mirchi
  • 3/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 2.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green Capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 Frozen Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Green Peas
  • 1/4 cup Jalapenos
  • 1/2 Lemon - Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Rajma
  • 2.5 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Coriander Chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add chopped garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Add chopped Onions and fry for a minute.
  2. In the fried Onions, add the Tomato paste and the rest of the spices and salt and fry until oil separates.
  3. Then add the Yellow Red Green Capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add the soaked Rice and mix and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the frozen Corn, Green Peas, Rajma Beans, Tomato ketchup. Pour water and cover and cook on a high flame till 50%.
  5. In the Rice cooked to 50%, add Jalapenos, Spring Onion, Green Coriander and Lemon Juice and mix slowly. Cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Leave it on the stove for 15 minutes and serve afterward.
