Ingredients

  • 200 gm Paneer/Cottage Cheese
  • 2 pinches Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • For Fried Rice
  • 1 cup Rightly Cooked (fluffy) Basmati Rice (150 gm)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Aromatic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped french Beans
  • 1 tsp Light Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped Spring Onions

Instructions

  1. Saute Paneer, Red Chilli Powder and Tomato sauce in Oil for 2 mins and set it aside.
  2. Heat oil, add chopped Carrot and French Beans, and saute on a high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients along with cooked Rice and saute them for 1 minute.
  4. Finally, add chopped Spring Onions and serve it hot.
