Dry Fruits (Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Raisins)
Boil thick milk well, stirring all the while.
Add Sugar and boil until it is reduced to 600 ml.
Once Milk thickens, add the soaked and grated Paneer, Cardamom Powder and Dry Fruits and boil for another 10 minutes.
The Kheer tastes good hot or cool, if refrigerated.
