Add Peanuts to a pan and roast for 3-4 minutes on a low flame only.
Add Red Chillies, Raw Coconut, Sesame Seeds one by one and roast until they give out the aroma.
Let them cool, and then grind to a coarse powder in a mixie.
Now heat oil in another pan. Add ingredients for seasoning and fry. Add the cooked Rice, Salt, Peanut Powder. Mix well. And switch off the stove.
Put it in a box after it cools down. The recipe may seem very simple, but this Peanut Spicy Rice is ultra tasty.
