Slices Milk Bread

tbsp Red Chilli Flakes

tbsp Tomato Sauce

tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions
Cut the stale bread slices into pieces and lay them out to dry at least for one hour. The
moisture will dry up nicely.
Take the dry pieces of bread and shake the powder off before roasting them in a dry
pan. Keep turning the pieces constantly. Take the pieces off the fire when they turn
crisp and toasted.
In the same pan take 2 tbsp. of butter and fry the chopped Garlic only till it turns light
golden colour.
Add Green Chilli, salt, red Chilli flakes, Chilli Powder and Peri Peri Masala and toss well.
Put in the toasted bread pieces and the rest of the butter. Fry on a medium flame till
the whole mixture turns golden in colour. Take it off the flame.
Take out the fried bread pieces along with the masalas onto a serving plate. Sprinkle
the rest of the ingredients one by one onto the mixture. Serve hot.
