Ingredients

  • Mint Leaves – One bunch
  • Green Coriander – One small bunch
  • 3/4 Inch Ginger
  • 4 Cardamoms
  • 50 - 60 gms Jaggery
  • 750 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Pour Water into Jaggery and let it melt.
  2. Make a smooth paste of the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Strain the melted Jaggery and add the Mint paste to it. Mix well.
  4. Keep the mixed Mint Cooler in a mud vessel for 2 hours. Or refrigerate it for 2 hours. Or add ice water and drink immediately.
