Instructions

Pour water into a vessel, add Salt and Oil let the Water boil. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook on a high flame to 80%.

Drain the water off the cooked Noodles and spread on a plate. Sprinkle Oil and move them without breaking the Noodles and let it cool.

Heat oil in a pan and add Garlic, Ripe Red Chillies, Dry Chillies and fry.

In the fried Garlic, add Onions, three colors of Capsicum, and toss for 2-3 minutes on a high flame so that they are cooked to 60%.

Add the cooled Noodles to the pan and add the rest and toss on a high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Before you remove from the fire, add Vinegar, Water, and Spring Onion, toss for another minute.

Serve it hot with Veg Manchuria or Tomato Ketchup.
