Instructions
Rice, Black Gram should be milled together. Then sieve it again and use it as Flour. (If you are making a kilogram, it is 200 gms of Black Gram. If you are measuring by cups, then for every cup of Rice, it is 1/5th of Black Gram with the same cup.
In this Flour, mix Salt, Oil, crushed Ajwain and mix it into a soft dough, adding a little water. The dough should not be too hard.
Take the Chakrams/Karappusa mould, coat Oil, take the Plate with the largest holes. Take the dough and put it on a leaf of a plate coated with Oil and make small strands in a circular pile. Then put them in hot oil and fry them to a crunchy finish on a medium flame.
