Instructions

Make a fine paste of roasted Groundnuts and coconut.

Heat some oil in a pan, add Mustard, Cumin, Red Chilli, Curry leaves, Asafoetida, Turmeric for seasoning.

Add finely chopped Onions and fry.

Now add Coriander powder, Salt, Chilli powder, water and fry it till the oil floats to the top.

Add Ridge Gourd pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add a little water, groundnut, coconut paste, mix well and leave it on a low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Garnish it with chopped Coriander and remove it from fire and serve.
