Thin Sabudana
1 cup
Hot Water to soak the pearls
1 cup
Whisked Curd
1 cup
Idly Rava
1 cup
Water
Salt – to taste
1/2 cup
Green Coriander

Wash the Sabudana well, add hot water and soak it for 15 minutes.
In 15 minutes, the Sabudana gets soaked well. Then add the rest of the ingredients and leave it for another 5.
In an Idly plate, apply some Ghee/Oil and fill the batter to 3⁄4th parts and keep it in the Idly Cooker with steam.
Let the Idly be steamed on a high flame for 8 minutes and on a low flame for 5 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, dip a spoon in Water and remove the Idlis with it. This Idly tastes great with any Chutney or Spicy Powder.
