Grind the soaked Rice using half a cup of water into a soft paste
Mix Rice paste with Water and keep it aside
Heat Ghee in a vessel. Add Soaked Bengal gram, Rice paste along with the water and cook till it becomes hard stirring continuously, without letting lumps form.
Add Jaggery and Cardamom powder and cook for some more time.
After it gets cooked for approximately 15 minutes, touch it with your wet hands. It should not stick to your fingers. Cook till this is achieved.
Once it is cooked properly, and doesn't stick to the fingers, add raw Coconut and mix it. Remove from the fire and serve hot or cold, as you may prefer.
