Instructions
-
Heat ½ tbsp Ghee on a skillet and toast the bread on both sides.

Cut the bread into pieces.

Heat the oil and add the Mustard and Cashewnuts fry until golden brown
-
Now add Cumin, Curry leaves, and chopped Onions and fry for roughly 1 minute until the onions are translucent.

Now add chopped Tomatoes, Capsicum, green Chillies, Ginger, Salt, Red chilli powder, and the Sambar powder. Cook till the Tomato is soft.

Add ¼ cup water to the above mix and cook on high flame and bring it to a boil.

Now, add the Bread pieces, Coriander, and Lemon juice and mix well.

Lastly, sprinkle 3 tbsp Water as it would help the Bread absorb the flavours.

Sprinkle Pepper powder and serve it hot.
