Ingredients

cup Rice Flour
1/2
cup Raw Coconut Grated
1/2
Inch Ginger
1
tsp Cumin Seeds

Green Chillies
Salt
Hot Water - as needed
Oil to fry
Instructions
Add Ginger Green Chillies and Cumin Seeds to a mixie and grind to a smooth paste.
Boil ¾ of Water.
Add grated Coconut, Salt and Ginger paste to the Rice Flour and mix well.
Add hot water slowly, mix with a spoon first and then knead with hands into a tight dough like Puri dough.
Put 2-3 drops of Oil on a polythene sheet, wet your hand with oil, and roll the dough flatly like Chakkalu. This can be done even in a press by placing the dough on an Oily polythene sheet.
Fry the rolled flat sheets in hot Oil and set them aside.
