1/2

Instructions
Add Groundnuts and Fenugreek Seeds to a pan and roast well on a low flame.
Once the Groundnuts are thoroughly roasted, add Coriander Seeds and Cumin Seeds and roast for a minute. Add Sesame Seeds and let them splutter a little. Finally, add Coconut Powder, roast for 30 seconds and make a soft Powder of this mix.
In the same pan, heat oil, add chopped Onions and fry well. (Gravy tastes good only if the Onions are well fried.) Add the Onions to the Powder.
In the same Mixie Jar, add the Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Mirchi, Salt, Tamarind Juice, Turmeric and make a smooth paste.
Now, make cuts in the Boiled Eggs, add to the oil used to fry Onions, and fry with an open ladle on a high flame. Remove.
Once the eggs are fried, add the smooth paste and fry until oil separates.
Add 1/litre Water, cover and let it cook well on a high flame.
Once the Gravy is cooked, add the Eggs, reduce the flame, cover and let cook for 15 minutes. Keep mixing it from the bottom now and then.
Garnish with Green Coriander before removing it from fire.
