Ingredients
- 250 gms Dry Coconut pieces
- 15 Red Chillies
- 7 - 8 Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt
Instructions
- Roast the dry Coconut pieces in a pan set on a low flame until Oil seeps out of the pieces. Then remove from the fire.
- Then add the Red Chillies and fry for another 2-3 minutes on a low flame. Then remove from the fire and cool completely.

Make a soft powder of Coconut, Red Chillies, Garlic, Cumin Seeds and Salt.
- It can be stored in a bottle for more than a month.
