Tips

  1. Take medium cut Chicken for the fry, curry cut makes the pieces even smaller after they are fried.

  2. The fry tastes good when we use a generous quantity of chillies to the recipe. The taste is better when we use 4-5 hot Green Chillies, when they are fried in the oil and soaked in lemon juice and salt they taste yummy. You can use Green Chilli paste if you like.

  3. Marinate the chicken pieces well with all the masalas and refrigerate it overnight. If it is not possible marinate and leave it for at least for 2 hours.

  4. I have used Broiler Chicken for the fry. You can also use Country Chicken. Whatever Chicken you are using, it should be well marinated and fried slowly on the flame.

  5. Lemon Chicken is a kind of Chicken Roast and not deep fried. Do not use a non-stick pan for the fry, instead use an iron pan for better results.
