The Masala Macaroni is Italian Pasta with a Desi twist. Italian recipes are bland and are not for every palate, especially Indian palates. But this Macaroni will be a hit. It has spice and sourness as well as anice balanced taste. Children and adults alike will relish it.
I have not even used Tomato Sauce and made it entirely with the ingredients I have at home. Pl check the tips to see how you can make changes to the recipe.

Tips
1.Macaroni:I have used Macaroni Pasta. You could use Penne Pasta or any other Pasta. Macaroni should be cooked to 90% and cooled. The rest will get cooked in the spices.
2.Vegetables: If you like you could add coloured Capsicum, Sweet Corn, Mushrooms, grated Paneer etc. I have used frozen peas so I have added the Peas after the Macaroni. If you are using fresh Green Peas, then add them after the Onions are cooked. And add Tomato only after the Peas are cooked. The rest of the recipe is the same.
3.Sauces:I have not used any Sauce but made a tasty Macaroni. In case you have them handy, you could use Tomato Ketchup, Pizza Sauce and Chilli Flakes.
