This chutney tastes good with Rice, Idly, Dosa, Vada and many other things.

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Raw Mango Pieces
  • 15 - 20 Green Chillies (Medium Spicy)
  • 1/2 cup Groundnuts
  • Salt
  • For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Split Black Gram
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Sprig Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash Groundnuts and soak for at least two hours.
  2. After 2 hours, add soaked Groundnuts, Mango pieces, Green Chillies and Salt to the mixie and grind to a paste with some water.
  3. Heat oil and add the ingredients for the seasoning one by one until they are roasted and give out a nice aroma. Add the seasoning to the chutney.
