This delicious Fruit Rava Kesari is made with equal quantities of Semolina and Bengal gram flour, Ghee and garnished with dry fruits, Essence and Tutti Frutti.

It is slightly different from our conventional Rava Kesari which we make. I like this a lot. Fruit Rava Kesari is not made with only Fruits but Essence and Dry Fruits. This Sweet I usually make as Prasadam or for a party.

Tips

Semolina - Bengal Gram Flour:

1.Roast Semolina on a very low flame till you get a nice fragrance

  1. I used Bengal Gram flour also but you can avoid it and make it with only Semolina.

Dry Fruits:

  1. You can use Dried Pineapple, Kiwi, Cherry pieces along with Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio and Tutti Frutti.

Essence:

  1. 4-5 drops of Pineapple essence can be used. If you use more than that, the Kesari tastes bitter.

Ghee:

  1. I used a little less Ghee but you can use more if you want.
