Tips
Bread:
- You will need Sandwich Bread to make this Pizza Bread Samosa. Sandwich Bread is better than Milk Bread for this recipe.
Bread Sheets:
- Remove the crusty edges of the Bread slices and spread it as a sheet, applying gentle pressure. Flatten the edges especially.
If the Samosa develops cracks:
- Sometimes, the Samosa develops cracks while folding. Just seal them with some Maida.
Stuffing:
- Apart from what I have suggested, you could add grated Paneer, Olives or anything else that can be used in a Pizza.

Ingredients
- 15 Sandwich Bread

For Stuffing
- 2 tsp Yellow Capsicum grated
- 2 tsp Green Capsicul Grated
- 2 tsp Red Capsicum Grated
- 2 tsp Sweet Corn
- 1/2 tsp Pizza Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Pizza Sauce
- Salt – a little
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Jalapenos
- 1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Basil Leaves Grated (Optional)
- Oil – to fry

To seal the Bread
- 1 tbsp Maida
- Water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and set aside.
- Remove the crusty edges of the Bread slices. Then roll them into thin sheets. Put pressure especially on the edges and make an even sheet.

Cut the Bread Sheets in a triangular shape as for a Samosa.
- Make a thick paste of Maida with some water.
- Apply the Maida paste to the edges of the Samosa sheets. Then keep the stuffing, press the edges and then fold into the middle and seal. If you see any cracks, seal them with Maida paste.

Deep fry the prepared Samosa's in hot Oil until they turn light golden. Once you remove them, they turn dark golden.
- These Samosas taste great while hot and when paired with Tomato Sauce.
