Tips

Noodles:

  1. Any type of Instant Noodles can be used.

  2. Do not over cook the noodles.

  3. Noodles should be hot when adding sauces, otherwise it doesn't mix well.

White Sauce:

  1. Thicker the White Sauce, the tastier it will be.

  2. You can use any other veggies like Mushrooms, Broccoli, Olives, other than the vegetables I suggested.

  3. Fry the vegetables only upto 60-70 percent in Butter, remaining will cook in the Milk.

  4. Plain Flour added to the Sauce should be roasted till you get a good aroma. Add Milk to make it thick. You can also use Wheat Flour instead of Plain Flour.

  5. Add Noodles when the Sauce is in thin consistency and cook.

  6. Add Fresh Cream to the White Sauce to make it more tasty. It is optional.

  7. This Noodles tastes good when it is hot. If the Noodles become cold, add milk to make it loose and fresh

Ingredients

  • For cooking Noodles
  • 2 Pack Instant Noodles
  • 1 Noodle Maker
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • For White Sauce
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 7 - 8 Pieces Red Capsicum
  • 7 - 8 Pieces Yellow Capsicum
  • 7 -8 Pieces Green Capsicum
  • 7 - 8 Pieces Carrot
  • 2 tsp Frozen Peas
  • 2 tsp Frozen Corn
  • 1 tsp Plain Flour
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Salt - required
  • 1/2 tsp Pizza Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cream

Instructions

  1. Cook Instant Noodles along with Taste Maker in boiling Water and keep it aside. Start the preparation of the Sauce when the Noodles are boiling.
  2. Take a pan, melt Butter and Olive Oil. Add Garlic pieces and fry till they turn golden brown.
  3. Now add the chopped vegetables and fry on a high flame for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add Plain Flour to the vegetables and stir well. Now add Milk to this and wait till you get one boil.
  5. Add the remaining Spices to it and stir it well till it becomes thick.
  6. Now add the cooked Noodles to the Sauce and cook for a minute. Add Fresh Cream and Grated Cheese before removing from the flame. Serve hot.
