Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1.5 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • Water - sufficient
  • Oil - for roasting

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the Wheat Flour and make a soft, smooth dough.
  2. Cover it with a wet cloth and leave it aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Make small balls from the dough and press it with a rolling pin to make Chapatis.
  4. Roast them on both sides using Oil.
  5. Onion Chapatis can be relished more with Curds or Masala Curry.

    Amazing. The first time I make chapattis. What a perfect ratios of ingredients. As narrated, it’s nee not any side dishes. I simply ate five chapattis with plain curd while baking itself. I can’t find time add fried jeera powder and salt.
