Street Food Style Chilli Chicken | Chilli Chicken | Perfect Chili Chicken Recipe at home - This Street Food Style Chilli Chicken should come to mind the moment you think of parties or starters for special meals. Here is a detailed recipe of the crisp Chilli Chicken with images and a video.

"Chilli Chicken" the very name is mouth watering for those who love spicy food. Even for me. And then when it is the Street Food Style recipe, it is a spicy, crunchy, strong snack that you cannot just resist eating.

Frankly speaking, the Street Chilli Chicken tastes much better than what we eat in Indo-Chinese restaurants with Chopsticks and forks. The Street version has the right amount of Spice that we like.

The main difference between Indo-Chinese Chilli Chicken and Street Food Chilli Chicken is the use of spices and Sauces. Is that all , you may ask but the ingredients make a lot of difference.

There is no particular way to make Street Food and ingredients and measures vary but whatever the combination Street Food still tastes great.

I have posted a lot of Street Food recipes before too. Please check them out.

Tips

1.Whether you use Boneless or Bone Chicken, it has to be soaked for 30 minutes in Water with 1 tbsp Salt, strain the Water and use it. Then the flavours will get absorbed better.

2.The coating of Maida and Corn Flour should be given in the right amount. If it is too much, then the sauces will stay on the surface and will not get absorbed.

3.The flour should be mixed into a stiff dough like what we use for Pakodis, adding spoonfuls of Water. Then the Chicken will be fried in a crispy way.

4.By adding the beaten Egg, the coating will become sticky and stick well to the flour.

5.The pieces should be fried in hot Oil on a medium flame to a crispy finish. If you fry patiently enough even the bones will become soft and tasty enough to munch and eat.

6.The Onions and Capsicum pieces should not be fried too much or too soft. They should be fried only to half. Only then are they tasty.

7.When the Chicken pieces are added to the Sauces, it should be tossed only on a high flame. The pieces become soft if you toss it on a low flame.

8.Chicken pieces also absorb Sauce better if it is not too thick. Or they remain above the coating.
